We are looking for highly motivated for biophysics, talented, and social people with various backgrounds for our interdisciplinary research. Our group aims at research at the highest interdisciplinary level. Candidates that have different backgrounds such as biophysics, biochemistry, structural biology, optical imaging, nanoscience, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science (AI), etc. are invited to apply. Applicants are invited to submit an email including, CV, GPA (if you are applying for a graduate course or internship), names/email addresses of references (if it is available) to professor Je-Kyung Ryu.

Because Dr. Ryu is not only a professor at the department of physics and astronomy but also an adjunct professor at multiple departments at the Seoul National University: the Department of Biological Sciences, the Institute of Molecular Biology & Genetics, the Department of Biophysics and Chemical Biology, and the Interdisciplinary Program in Computational Sciences. The students, who want to work in our group, have multiple options for a graduate program. We welcome different-background students for our highly interdisciplinary science.
